Low-Carb Brownies Recipe

These rich and fudgy low-carb brownies are perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings while staying on track with your keto diet. They are deliciously dense, moist, and incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk alternative)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan or a small baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.

2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.

3. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, powdered erythritol, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.

4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well incorporated. The batter should be thick but spreadable.
  • Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.

5. Bake the Brownies:

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
