Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan or a small baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
3. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, powdered erythritol, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
