Ingredients:
- 8 large jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices of bacon (preferably thick-cut)
- Optional: fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Jalapeños:
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes (use gloves if you prefer to avoid touching the spicy interior).
